Falelalaga
(house of weaving)
Falelalaga is a Pacific social enterprise based in Auckland, bringing together culture, community, learning, and enterprise.
We bring people together through Pacific arts, weaving, language, learning, cultural experiences, and authentic Pacific products sourced from across the islands.
From handmade measina (treasures) to intergenerational learning and community programmes, our work is grounded in service, connection, and the sharing of cultural knowledge across generations.
Whether you are a family, organisation, school, church, funder, or someone looking to reconnect to culture, Falelalaga Village is a place where community, learning, and enterprise come together.

Events & Community Life
Our events are about more than just gathering together, they are about celebrating culture, creativity and community. From our upcoming Falelalaga Creators Market showcasing the talents of our ladies, to our Weaving Festival celebrating traditional arts and Pacific heritage, Falelalaga Village creates spaces where people can connect, share their skills, support one another, and celebrate our culture together.

Workshops, Language, and Culture
At Falelalaga Village, workshops are more than activities — they are spaces of belonging, healing, identity, and reconnection. Through weaving, language, storytelling, arts, and intergenerational learning, people are welcomed as they are and invited to return to who they are, with elders sharing wisdom, young people growing in confidence, and families strengthening their connection to culture, spirituality, and community.

I am the product of the village that raised and prayed with me. Falelalaga is a vision carried from my ancestors and elders — a story of migration, survival, language, culture, weaving, faith, family, and alofa fetausia’i. What began in Laloaoa Musumusu now continues here in Aotearoa New Zealand, as I share the sacred knowledge, skills, and stories entrusted to me with our wider community.
