Staying active, meeting new people and enjoying time together can make a real difference to our wellbeing. Seniors Day provides a welcoming space for older members of the community to come together, have fun and take part in activities in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Falelalaga is proud to host Seniors Day, creating an opportunity for seniors to connect with others, enjoy some friendly competition and make new friendships.
A Day of Connection and Fun
Seniors Day is all about bringing people together and creating opportunities to enjoy time in the community.
The day includes fun group activities and games designed to encourage participation, movement and plenty of laughter. It is also a chance to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces and enjoy a morning surrounded by others.

From group games to physical activities, Seniors Day creates an environment where everyone can participate, have fun and enjoy a positive experience together.
Social connection is also an important part of the day. Whether it is joining in on a game, having a conversation or simply enjoying the company of others, there are plenty of opportunities to connect.

Seniors Day takes place on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.
